What: This is the NxNW Democrats monthly meet-up. We average about 50 people per meet-up. Everyone is invited! This month our speaker is Judge Jan Patterson, presently justice of the 3rd court of appeals and she’s running for the 201st Travis County District Court, a civil court. Judge Patterson is Vice Chair of the State Commission of Judicial Conduct. She will enlighten us on the elements, role, and landscape of the fascinating and critical judicial process and her involvement. The judicial races are not as well known as other races, but they are extremely critical to our democracy and you’ll get a great education about the whole judicial landscape from Jan! Join us and learn all about it. Don’t miss it!
